Hogar Esperanza (Hope House) Home for Children
Location: San Pedro Sula, Honduras
Founder/Director: Angela (McInvale) Altamirano
Basic Information: Established in 2000, Hope House is part of the Church of God World Missions efforts under the direction of its founder. Children are provided with a permanent home and have access to a quality education as well as an opportunity to use all their talents, gifts and abilities for the Glory of God. They attend church faithfully, receive hands on ministry training daily and are taught to live their lives in a way that would represent Christ.
Opportunities to Partner with Hope House:
*Pray for Hope House. For specific prayer list, email [email protected].
*Give for any of the following needs -- regular expenses, educational expenses, or specific needs of children.
*Visit Hope House with "The Senders" on one of our semi-annual trips. (Usually in June & December)
*Allow someone from "The Senders" to visit your church or organization to share about this ministry.
Current Project:
Hope House is raising funds to purchase 17 acres located about 45 minutes south of San Pedro Sula. This new property will give much needed room for growth as well as the opportunity to establish a school on site for the children. A relationship with Jesus Christ and a quality education are the two greatest gifts these children could be offered.
*Angela Altamirano & Hogar Esperanza are recognized by the Church of God World Missions Department in Cleveland, Tennessee.
